Each credit represents Rs. 0.33. Your PKR top-up is converted to whole credits: for example, Rs. 330 ≈ 1,000 credits and Rs. 100 ≈ 303 credits.
02What top-up amount can I choose?
Enter any whole-rupee amount from Rs. 100 to Rs. 10,000. Suggested amounts (Rs. 200, Rs. 500, Rs. 1,000, Rs. 2,000) are provided for convenience.
03Do new accounts receive free credits?
Yes. New accounts receive 100 credits to try their first chats. The first approved top-up also receives 10% bonus credits.
04Do credits expire? Is there a subscription?
Credits do not expire, and there is no recurring subscription. Top up through JazzCash or Easypaisa only when you need more credits.
05How are credits calculated per message?
Cost depends on the selected model and message length. The Models page shows an estimate, while the model selector and completed response show the relevant credit information in the workspace.
06How does payment work?
Transfer through JazzCash or Easypaisa, upload the payment screenshot, and wait for manual verification, usually within 2–24 hours. PakAI never asks for your wallet PIN.
07How can I verify that PakAI is legitimate?
PakAI uses a transparent prepaid PKR wallet, manual payment verification, and public Terms, Privacy, Security, and Contact pages. There are no automatic charges; you can begin with the free signup credits.
